Shipping Policy:Q. What shipping area do you cover and what are your rates?
We ship to all US domestic addresses, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and the following state codes: AS, FM, GU, MH, MP, PW and VI. Our shipping fee is a flat rate of $5.95 for orders under $30. Shipping is FREE on all order of $30 or more.
Q. When will I receive my package?
We ship all orders by USPS priority mail. Please allow 8 to 10 business days from the time of order to receive your
package. This allows for internal processing and safe packing, along with delivery by the post office.
If we can get it to you faster, we certainly will. Please allow an extra 3 weeks for package delivery to APO/FPO
Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and the following state codes: AS, FM, GU, MH, MP, PW
Q. How do I know if my order has shipped yet?
You can now track the status of your order on-line, simply click the “track my orders” link. You can even request a
catalog, send one to a friend, make a payment on line, or view the details and payment status of your last 10 orders.
Q. What do I do if part of my shipment is damaged?
Our product packaging is designed to withstand the rigors of being shipped from us to you. We take every precaution
to assure that you receive your package in great condition, but if it does not, please call us at 1-888-909-0771.
