Returns and exchanges can also be processed in person at any of our Kaehler® TravelWorks locations. Amount to be refunded will exclude the original shipping charges. Holiday Return Policy In an effort to make your holiday gift giving a little easier, our 30 day return policy will be extended for purchases made between November 15th and December 15th. Returns on these purchases will be accepted through January 15th. All other requirements are as stated above.
