Shipping Policy:FedEx Ground or U.S. Postal Service will be used to ship all products except those indicated Truck Freight (see below). Use the Shipping Chart below to determine what your shipping costs will be.

Truck Freight - These items are too large for standard ground shipping and are shipped via Common Carrier (semi-truck). Freight charges will be added at the end of your order, and are in addition to our standard shipping charges. Once you place a freight shipped item into your cart you can click on the "Shipped By Truck Freight" link to see what the charge for that item will be. Please provide a business shipping address for Common Carrier shipments.
Express Shipping - Express Shipping within the continental United States (lower 48 states) is available for orders of in-stock, regular sized items. Note that for an order to qualify for express shipping, every item on the order must be eligible for express shipping. The following express shipping options are available. Note that all prices are in addition to our standard shipping charges
* For an additional $12.95 your order can be shipped 3-Day, for delivery on 6/4/2008.
* For an additional $18.95 your order can be shipped 2-Day, for delivery on 6/3/2008.
* For an additional $24.95 your order can be shipped Overnight, for delivery on 6/2/2008.
Express shipping orders placed on business days by 3:30PM Eastern Time will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 3:30PM Eastern Time will be shipped out the next business day.

Shipping Damages
UPS, US Post Office, or FedEx shipments - Please notify us at 1-800-894-5450 immediately so we can initiate the claim process. Please keep all packaging materials should the carrier wish to inspect them.
Truck Freight Shipments - It is imperative to make a note of any damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Open and inspect the merchandise carefully before signing the delivery receipt. We can only initiate claims if the damage was noted at the time of delivery. See Stylin' Trucks for more information.
Return Policy:Shop with Confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with any unused item simply return it within 60 days for a replacement or refund of purchase, whichever you prefer (excluding shipping charges). Electronic items are limited to a 15 day return. Returned merchandise must be returned according to the instructions on your invoice, including all original packaging, paperwork and properly packed to avoid damage. If the mistake was ours we will refund normal ground shipping charges only. Credits or exchanges can't be issued for improperly packed items. Returned merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Used or incomplete returns can't be accepted. No returns or refunds will be accepted on painted, "Custom" or special order items, so please order carefully and pre-fit parts before painting.

How to Make a Return
1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #) by contacting a Stylin' Trucks Customer Service Representative by calling 1-800-894-5450 or by email at service@stylintrucks.com.
2. Fill out the return paperwork on the back of your invoice and include with your return.
3. Use the preprinted return label on the bottom right corner of your invoice or address your return as follows:

4. Ship your return prepaid, Stylin Trucks recommends Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS. Please obtain the tracking # from the carrier.
5. All returns are processed with 1 business day of receipt. If you have requested an exchange your item will be shipped out the same day your return is processed. If you have requested a refund, you will be refunded by the same method you used to pay for your order. Going through the normal banking process you will typically see a refund posted to a credit card within 3-5 business days.
