Shipping Policy:We will begin manufacturing your window treatments once your order has been placed. The number of business days it will take to make each of your products is indicated on the product detail page for each product. Once your window coverings are made, with our standard shipping, delivery time is approximately 3-6 additional business days. We ship each item as soon as it is made, so multiple item orders may arrive separately. Most products are shipped via UPS. Oversized items will be shipped via freight carriers.

Next Day and 2nd Day delivery are available for most products.
Exceptions
Please note: On rare occasions there may be delays due to out-of-stock materials, inventory taking, shipping delays, temporary factory overload or factory closures.
Alaska and Hawaii
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please add 20% of your product cost to cover the additional freight costs. Express shipments are not available to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not offer shipping outside the United States, or to APO/FPO addresses, Guam or Puerto Rico. See Smith+Noble for more information.
Return Policy:Since Smith+Noble Windoware products are custom made to your specifications, no refunds or exchanges are possible except for warranty service. All orders are FOB Shipping Point, may not be cancelled or changed once they have been entered, and are paid in full when the order is placed.
