Shipping Policy: Standard Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges are added to your order based on the total dollar amount of the merchandise you order. These charges include the cost of shipping your order via USPS or UPS and costs of handling and preparing the products to be delivered to you safely and in good condition. The shipping table shown below indicates the charges that will be applied to your order during the checkout process except for items such as jewelry and electronics, which will be shipped at a flat rate, as stated in your shopping cart and at checkout.
Flat Shipping Charge
Many items, such as jewelry and electronics items, will be shipped at a flat rate (standard shipping table will not apply). These rates will be indicated in your shopping cart and at checkout.
Heavy Item Weight Class Chart
Some of the larger and/or heavier items also incur additional handling charges. These products are identified with a special handling code on the product display page and in your shopping cart. See Sears Home Center for more information.
Return Policy:Merchandise Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied, merchandise can be returned for credit or refund. All claims should be made within 60 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We regret that Sears retail stores are unable to accept catalog returns. Deductions on multiple savings items are subject to reduction if merchandise is returned.
