Special Considerations:
· UPS deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska are subject to a $5.99 shipping surcharge except when free shipping applies.

Rush processing (as noted in the chart above) allows an order to be shipped on the same business day it is placed if we receive it and verify payment before 2:00 p.m. (EST). Regular processing occurs the next business day.
· UPS may require a signature release upon delivery.
COVERAGE & CARRIERS
We ship to residential and commercial addresses in the United States and Canada (excluding the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and the Yukon Territory) via UPS. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders to Canada are only serviced via UPS Standard ground shipping.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and the instructions to track your order online.

Our distribution facility's business days are Monday through Friday from 8:00 p.m. though 4:00 p.m. (EST) excluding U.S. holidays and other specific days we may announce.
For your protection, in case of any billing irregularities you will be contacted by our Sales Audit staff before your order is shipped. We apologize for any delays this may cause.
In rare occasions when items ordered are not available your order may not be shipped until a Customer Care representative has contacted you to amend the order.
On time delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Note that circumstances out of our control (like natural disasters, etc.) may produce shipping postponements. Please refer to this page for shipping alerts and announcements.

Return Policy:Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (missing items, wrong items, etc.) must be submitted to our Customer Care Department within three (3) business days after delivery. You must notify our Customer Care Department by either e-mail or telephone and keep the packaging and the items involved in the claim at hand (even if they are broken). We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after three (3) business days.
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
NOTE: Return authorization is required. Email us at info@perfumaniacs.com or call us at (866) 557-2368 or (954) 335-9100 prior to shipping your package back. We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error.
Returns must be shipped directly to Perfumania.com. Perfumania Marketing retail stores will not accept returned merchandise originated from Perfumania.com orders.
