Promotion Codes and How To Use Them

When You are Charged
Generally, credit cards are not charged until we ship the item(s) to you. Shipping Policy:Standard Shipping
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.
Gap Strollers and car seats are not available for standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses or US Territories.
Express Shipping
Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.
Express Shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.

Multiple Shipments
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. Easy Exchanges
Return merchandise with the original invoice to the address below, and order your new merchandise at the same time by calling 1-800-OLD-NAVY anytime. In-stock items will be shipped within approximately 24 hours at no charge for standard shipping and handling. We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.
Piperlime Piperlime Return Policy
Piperlime returns are always free.
To return purchases from Piperlime, make sure items are in their original condition, and send them back within 60 days of your purchase. Sorry, there are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise. Piperlime purchases may not be returned to any stores.
If you used a promotion code to make your purchase, we'll gladly exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. If you'd like to exchange your purchase for something else, we'll apply your credit towards the new item at their current price. Making a Piperlime Return or Exchange
It's easy to send us your return or exchange. Just locate the pre-paid return label inside the green envelope that came in your original package and follow the steps below.

* For returns, fill out the return information on the front of your invoice. For exchanges, fill out the front portion as well, as the exchange information on the back.
* Be sure to include a reason code on the invoice for each item you want to return.
* Send them back by the "return by" date posted on the front of your invoice.
* Include the bottom portion of your invoice in the shipment and keep the top portion for your records.
* Shipping is on us, so use our prepaid UPS return label. Fill out your return address information, mark whether it's a return or exchange, and attach it to the box. Be sure to write down your UPS tracking number, then take your package to the nearest UPS drop off or hand it to your local driver. Visit www.ups.com/dropoff for locations.
* If you can't find your pre-paid label, just give us a call at 1-877-PIPERLIME.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. If the original payment was a Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, Piperlime or Options gift card, you will receive a refund on an Options gift card. Returned Checks and Payments
We accept your check by utilizing an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) system. In the event that the EFT or draft is returned unpaid (or if paper check is accepted and the check is returned for any reason), there will be a return fee, as permitted by State or Federal law, of $20 or more (which may include fees, collection costs and applicable state taxes). This fee may be presented to your bank electronically or submitted via paper draft.
