Payment Policy: You must pay all amounts that you owe us on each order, including sales tax and shipping and handling charges, when due. You may pay for your purchases by any of the following: New York & Company credit card, Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, Discover or American Express credit cards. When you pay by a credit or debit card, we will not charge your card until the merchandise is shipped. If your order contains one or more back ordered items, the back ordered portion will not be charged until the item(s) become available. If you receive an "error notice" that we cannot process your payment card information, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your payment card statement exactly. If a problem persists, please check with the bank that issued your card. You must notify us immediately of any change in your payment card information, including any change to your home address.

Shipping Policy:Shipping Options
New York & Company currently ships to the 50 United States and APO/FPO addresses. We ship Standard, 2 Day and Next Day delivery within the continental United States. We currently do not ship to post office Boxes. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service. Next Day and 2 Day delivery are not available to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to international addresses.
Each order can be shipped to only one address. If you would like to send items to different addresses you will need to place an order for each address.
Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, New York & Company will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available. If you are using MasterCard or Visa, the pre-authorization may appear as if you have been charged. With some institutions' cards, the funds become unavailable, but the account is not debited until the order ships. If the order is canceled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold to release depends on the issuer of the card.
All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions.
Standard Shipping (7-10 business days)
All orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. We may contact you to verify additional information. Your order should arrive within 7 to 10 business days after it ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
2 Day Shipping (2 business days)
2 Day delivery orders can only be shipped to street addresses in the continental United States. 2 Day delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or post office boxes.
* Orders placed by 2 p.m. EST Monday through Wednesday will ship that day and will arrive two business days later.
* Orders placed by 2 p.m. EST Thursday will ship that day and will arrive Monday.
* Orders placed by 2 p.m. EST Friday will ship that day and will arrive Tuesday.
* Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday and will arrive Wednesday.
Next Day Shipping (1 business day)
Next Day delivery orders can only be shipped to street addresses in the continental United States. Next Day delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or post office boxes.
* Orders placed by 2 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday will ship that day to arrive the next business day.
* Orders placed between 2 p.m. EST Thursday and 2 p.m. EST Friday will arrive Monday.
* Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST Friday will arrive Tuesday.
* Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday and will arrive Tuesday.
Shipping Carriers
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include, but are not limited to: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEX.
Shipping Addresses
You can choose to send a package to:
* The same address as the billing address on your credit card.
* An alternate address that you enter during checkout.
* An address you enter in your address book when you create an Account.
Each order can be shipped to only one address. If you would like to send items to different addresses you will need to place an order for each address.
Shipping Gifts
We can omit merchandise prices on the package receipt when the order is shipped as a gift. For information on gift packaging, click here.
Estimating Delivery Dates
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
* Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
* Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Multiple Shipments
Occasionally, your order may arrive in two or more packages. If your items are shipped separately, you will not be charged any additional shipping charges See New York & Company for more information.
Return Policy:If for any reason you are not satisfied with your New York and Company purchase, simply return it within 60 days of purchase.
A current valid photo ID (such as a driver's license, state-issued non-driver's ID, or military ID) is required for all in-store returns and will be recorded at the time of the return. We maintain a company-wide database of return information.
When you present your receipt, we will issue a cash refund or charge credit, depending on how you paid for the original purchase.
For merchandise paid for by check we may require a 10 business-day waiting period from the date of the original purchase prior to processing returns.
If you do not have a receipt, we will give you a merchandise credit for the returned items at the lowest known selling price. When you redeem a merchandise credit, you must present a current valid photo ID (such as a driver's license, state issued non-driver's ID, or military ID) which will be recorded at the time of the redemption. Merchandise credits are non-transferable and are not valid at nyandcompany.com. We offer a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of the purchase date with a receipt and merchandise present.
Merchandise purchased at New York & Company Outlet stores may only be returned to New York & Company Outlet stores. All refunds are monitored by XBR reporting and analysis software. We reserve the right to limit the number of returns per customer at any time, with or without a receipt.
