When placing an order at martinandosa.com or by phone, you may use the following payment methods: the Martin + Osa Gift Card, American Express, Novus Discover, MasterCard, Visa and debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo. Diner's Club is also accepted, although it should be entered during check out as a MasterCard. We cannot accept checks, cash, or money orders as payment. We only accept credit cards from countries where we ship.

Shipping Policy:

Costs To celebrate the launch of our website, Martin + Osa is offering free ground shipping on all domestic orders, regardless of how much you spend. It's just that simple. If you wish to upgrade your domestic order to express shipping, there is a flat rate fee of $15. For overnight shipping, there is a flat rate fee of $22. All Canadian orders will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $11. No expedited shipping options are available for Canadian customers. Please visit the help section for international shoppers for more information on shipping costs to other countries. Shipping Options Currently, Martin + Osa ships to all Canada provinces and all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Navassa Island, Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Midway Atoll, and the Northern Mariana Islands. We ship using USPS Priority Mail, FedEx SmartPost, 2nd Day and Overnight delivery within the continental United States. We deliver to Canadian addresses using standard shipping from CanadaPost. Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, Martin + Osa will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available. If you are using MasterCard or Visa, the pre-authorization may appear as if you have been charged. With some institutions' cards, the funds become unavailable, but the account is not debited until the order ships. If the order is canceled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold to release depends on the issuer of the card. All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions. Standard shipping (3 - 10 business days) * Your order should arrive within 3 to 10 business days after it ships. * Standard shipping must be used for all orders containing Martin + Osa personal care products.
