Payment Policy:

While Limited Too offers several payment options when making a purchase, one must keep in mind how the order is being placed (i.e., via phone, mail, fax or web). The following guidelines should be used when remitting payment for a purchase: * Retail purchases. Limited Too retail stores are prepared to accept any form of payment including: Limited Too credit card, major credit card, cash, personal checks, Limited Too gift certificates and merchandise credits, Too Bucks and Bonus Cards. Keep the following in mind when paying by personal check. o Limited Too will gladly accept personal checks pre-printed with your name, address and account number. A photo or military identification is required for verification. o Your current address and daytime phone number may be requested for verification. Limited Too reserves the right to verify funds with your bank and can refuse any check not meeting our check acceptance policy. o Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $20 or the maximum allowed by law. Collection costs and all penalties permitted by law will also be assessed. We may electronically collect returned checks, service charges and other applicable charges. o When returning items purchased by personal check, there is a 10-day waiting period before cash can be refunded. * Phone, fax and web orders. To place a phone or fax order from a Limited Too catazine, you must use a credit card. To place an order on the website, you may use a credit card or a Limited Too gift card (Note: Some of our older gift cards do not have a PIN number. For your protection, we cannot accept gift cards without a PIN number on-line. Please redeem these gift cards at any Limited Too store). Limited Too does NOT accept COD (or cash-on-delivery) orders. * Catazine mail orders. If you wish to place a catazine order AND pay by personal check or money order AND/OR redeem a Limited Too gift certificate or merchandise credit you MUST mail in your order. * The same policies associated with personal checks used for payment in Limited Too retail stores apply for catazine orders.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping and processing charges are assessed on ALL catazine and web orders based on the retail value of the merchandise being purchased before any discounts are applied. Keep the following in mind when determining how much shipping and processing charges will be assessed. * Service options for shipping are "Standard", "2nd Day" and "Express" (see below). * A $1.00 shipping and processing charge will be assessed on the value of any gift card purchased. Gift card only orders will be delivered First Class Mail. Limited Too offers THREE service options for delivery of catazine and web orders within the United States: Standard Service, 2nd Day Service, and Express Service. * Standard Service Standard service is provided via ground service with final delivery via the United States Postal Service. Delivery can be expected within 5-8 business days, Monday-Saturday. Gift Cards are delivered by the United States Postal Service- First Class Mail. * Second Day or Express Service For Second Day or Express Service, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 2pm (ET). Orders placed after 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 pm (ET) and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Sorry, Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available. Second Day and Express Service are not available to P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and some rural areas of the U.S. A signature may be required for delivery. See Limited Too for more information.

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Limited Too purchase! If you're NOT, just return it! Keep the following in mind when making a return: * Retail-purchased merchandise. When you have a sales receipt, your refund will be provided in the form of the tender in which your purchase was originally made. In any other case, Limited Too will extend a merchandise credit for the current selling price of the returned merchandise. o Limited Too reserves the right to ask for identification for returns made without a receipt. We reserve the right to verify original purchase on returns without receipt. o A 10-day waiting period is required before customers having purchased by personal check will be given a refund. o If you return or exchange a retail-purchased item through the Limited Too catazine return center, please include a copy of your retail sales receipt with the merchandise. This will speed up the return or exchange process. All refunds will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit. * Catazine or web-purchased merchandise. We want to make returns easier for you! You may return any item purchased through a Limited Too catazine or on the website to ANY Limited Too retail store. Just remember to bring in your catazine or website invoice with you. * When making a return to the catazine return center, simply follow the instructions on the back of the invoice that was included with your order. Address labels are provided. And don't forget to tell us why you are returning or exchanging the items.
