Paying With Cash! Pay for your J&P Cycles® order in CASH at any one of the over 47,000 participating Western Union® Agent locations throughout the United States. To pay your J&P Cycles® order in CASH, just follow these simple steps: 1. Call J&P Cycles® at 1-800-397-4844 to place your order. 2. Bring your J&P Cycles® transaction number and total cash payment to any Western Union® Agent location. (Total payment includes purchase amount and $7.00 Western Union® transaction fee per order.) 3. Fill out the grey Western Union® Prepaid Services form at the counter using your J&P Cycles® transaction number. 4. Present the completed form and the total cash payment to the Western Union® Agent clerk. J&P Cycles® will begin processing your order as soon as the transaction information is received. Besides your account and bank routing numbers (from the bottom of your check), we will need the next check number, street address, telephone number, driver's license number, birthdate and issuing state. These orders can often ship the same day. $5,000.00 maximum order. By Mail By Mail Use personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks. Do not send cash! Personal checks must have your name, and address pre-printed. Also include street address and phone, hand-written if necessary. There is a waiting period of 30 days before a second order can be placed by C.O.D. If you wish to pay for your order when it reaches you, you will be billed an additional $8.00 for collection fees. C.O.D. orders are limited to a maximum of $500 per day. Because UPS no longer accepts cash payments, you must have a money order or certified check ready when your driver attempts delivery. C.O.D. orders cannot be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). C.O.D. packages returned to us or refused may result in your name being removed from our mailing list permanently. For your convenience, C.O.D. packages can be shipped to your work address. Sorry, C.O.D. is not available in the state of California (due to large amount of counterfeit money orders).

Shipping Policy:

Most orders ship UPS ground unless specified otherwise. Orders under 5 lbs. and less than $150.00 in value may be shipped Priority Mail (U.S. Postal Service). We must have a street address or "911" rural route address. UPS will not deliver to Post Office boxes. All orders are charged $1.75 handling. Shipping is FOB from Anamosa, IA. NO FREE SHIPPING ON AIR ORDERS UPS Next Day Delivery. We must receive your order by 6:00 p.m. Central Time. Next Day is offered only in the continental U.S. and is not available for C.O.D. shipment. UPS 2nd Day Air gets your order to you within two days (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Next Day/2nd Day delivery does not include weekends, except for special higher-cost Saturday delivery. UPS Saturday Delivery means parts ordered Friday by 6:00 p.m. Central Time may arrive by 3:30 p.m. Saturday, although delivery is not guaranteed by UPS. There is an extra $12.50 per package charge in addition to the next day delivery charge for this service. This service is available from 6 p.m. Thursday through 6 p.m. Friday. Return Policy:

Return the parts within 120 days Returns must be made within 120 days of invoice. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returns must be in re-sellable or like-new condition. Defective parts or parts sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full. Returns after the 120-day return period will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. See our special warranty notes on exhaust systems and gas tanks. How to Return an Order 1. Return the part in the original box with the invoice number marked on the outside. 2. Package the returned items properly When shipping merchandise back to us, please wrap the part(s), place in a sturdy box and secure with tape. Do not leave the part(s) loose in the package. Parts scratched or damaged in return shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted. 3. Include the completed return form with your return. 4. All returns must be sent pre-paid. We strongly suggest you ship by U.S. Mail using the pre-paid return label or by UPS Ground. All foreign returns must be authorized in advance. No collect shipments will be accepted. 5.
