Payment Policy:Journeys Kidz accepts all major credit cards. When placing an order with a credit card, we must be able to verify the billing and shipping addresses with your credit card company. If for any reason we are unsuccessful, your order will be canceled and you will be notified by email.
We DO NOT accept CASH, C.O.D. orders, or gift cards other than Journeys Kidz gift cards, including visa/mastercard and mall gift cards. Note: Journeys Kidz gift cards are currently not redeemable online, however, if you would like to use your Journeys Kidz gift card as payment, we would be happy to take your order over the phone. Please call our Customer Service Dept. at 1-866-JYS-KIDZ (1-866-597-5439) to place your order (para espaņol 1-866-322-9099).
Shipping Policy:Our standard shipping method is via UPS ground. You should receive your merchandise within 7-10 business days from the day we successfully process your order. PLEASE NOTE: UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Express Shipping:
For UPS 2-3 Business Day Air delivery, add an additional $6.00.
For UPS Next Business Day Air delivery, add an additional $15.00.
Express Shipping is available for in stock items ONLY. If multiple items are ordered, we will ship the in stock portion via the express service requested, and the balance via the express service as the items become available.
Shipping Outside the 48 Contiguous States:
Journeys Kidz will ship to any U.S. destination serviced by UPS within the 50 states. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii require Express Delivery.
Do you ship internationally?:
Sorry, we cannot accept orders outside the 50 U.S. states at this time.
APO/FPO Shipping Info:
APO, FPO, AE, CMR and other military base addresses are considered domestic addresses. Please select the UPS Ground shipping option. We will change the ship type to USPS for APO/FPO orders only. APO/FPO orders may take 30-45 days for delivery. See JourneysKidz for more information.
Return Policy:We will gladly refund or exchange any unworn merchandise with receipt within 30 days. Please be sure to check the fit and comfort of the merchandise before wearing. You may return the unworn merchandise by either shipping it back to us in its original packaging accompanied by the original receipt, or returning it to a retail store near you. Some orders can not be returned to stores. See Web Only Returns below.
Shipping charges are not refundable. However, if you choose to exchange an item you will not be charged additional shipping and handling. Exchanges will be sent UPS Ground. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your return to be received, processed and to appear on your credit card statement.
