U.S. Shipping Timelines * Most packages are shipped within 24-48 hours of your order. * Delays may occur if the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, or anytime after 12:00PM NOON (Eastern Standard Time). * FOR STANDARD DELIVERY Delivery time is 5-10 business days. For Alaska and Hawaii, please allow up to 20 days. Because all purchases from the Home Decor Fabric Program are Special Orders, you may receive this fabric separate from the rest of your order. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks delivery time for Better Homes & Gardens, Christopher Lowell , Liz Claiborne, Nautica and Waverly Fabrics. Other items that may take up to 2 weeks for delivery include: Framed Art & Mirrors, Grace Frames, Hemline Totes, Maderia Treasure chest, Homespun Cabinets, and Singer Products. * FOR TWO DAY EXPRESS Delivery time is 3-4 business days. * FOR ONE DAY EXPRESS Delivery time is 2-3 business days. Please note: You must place your order by 12:00PM NOON EST (EASTERN STANDARD TIME) in order for it to be processed in that days' express delivery service. If your order is placed after NOON EST, it will be processed with the following day's orders. A: No, at this time Joann.com only ships within the United States, its territories and possessions. Q: Do you ship to military bases? A: Yes. All P.O. box orders will be delivered by The United States Postal Service (USPS). Q: Do you ship to rural route numbers? A: Yes. Q: Can I send items to multiple addresses with the same order? A: Not at this time. To ship items to different addresses, you need to submit separate orders for each address. Q: What ship methods do you use? Return Policy:

* Joann.com guarantees all merchandise. * If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full product refund. * Items returned must be in sellable condition. * Opened items qualify for an online merchandise credit. Opened software may not be returned unless it is defective. If defective, software may be returned or exchanged for an exact replacement. * Fabric that has been cut, dyed or washed may not be returned or exchanged. * Returns after 30 days qualify for an online merchandise credit or exchange only up to 90 days from the ship date. * We are not able to accept returns for White Embroidery cards or software that has been opened. * If you need to return or exchange a Joann.com item or gift, complete the return form section on the back of your packing slip. Then repack the product in the original packing materials used to ship it to you, and enclose your completed return form.
