Payment Policy: Whether you're ordering through our website or by mail, phone or fax, you can pay for your purchases with your International Male/Undergear credit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network, and American Express credit card. For orders sent by regular mail, you can also pay by check or money order (please do not send cash).
Shipping Policy: Our Standard Delivery method is U.S.P.S. For in-stock items delivered via Standard Delivery within the continental United States you should expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days of placing your order, depending on your delivery area. Orders shipped outside the continental United States may take up to 60 days to be received via Standard Delivery. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer (these items are noted on the product page) and may take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery.
Signature Required - Please note that, regardless of your chosen delivery method, orders with a merchandise value of $500 or more will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If your order is sent to you in multiple packages, each will require a signature.
If you would like to receive your order more quickly, rush options (available on in-stock items within the continental U.S. only) are offered:
* Express Delivery for an additional $9.95. Orders of in-stock items will be received in 3-5 business days.
* 2nd Day Delivery for an additional $15.95. Orders of in-stock items will be received in 2 business days.
* Overnight Delivery for an additional $21.95. Orders of in-stock items will be received next business day.
Orders for all rush delivery methods must be placed by 11:00 AM Eastern time for that days processing. If you would like to inquire about the cost and availability of delivery for your order outside of the continental U.S., please call Customer Service at 1-800-414-1114.
Please add $9.95 for all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories. Items with heavyweight charges are not available outside the 48 contiguous states.
We are happy to ship items to more than one address, but unfortunately we cannot accept online orders with more than one shipping address at this time. If you would like to place an order with multiple ship to addresses, you can enter separate orders on our Web site (one for each delivery address), or place your order by phone at 1-800-414-1114.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. However, because international shipping charges are based upon weight, dimensions and final destination, we must calculate the cost upon receipt of your order. When you place your order online, shipping charges will be displayed for your order, but because our system automatically calculates shipping for U.S. orders, please disregard the displayed amount. We will notify you via email of the final cost and release the order only upon receiving confirmation that you are aware of the total cost and would like to ship the item(s).
Please note that rush delivery options (Express, 2nd Day and Overnight Delivery) are not available for international orders, and some oversized items may be restricted. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-414-1114 with questions about placing an international order.

Return Policy: Please ship your return merchandise, with the requested information completed on the back of your packing slip, to the following address via insured mail:

1. Please complete the Returns part of your packing slip
2. Be sure to include your packing slip in your shipment to us. If you have misplaced your original packing slip, please call 1-800-414-1114 for Customer Service assistance
3. For your convenience you may use the addressed return label provided on the packing slip, or request our special pre-paid return label by calling 1-800-414-1114. A return postage fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund if you use our pre-paid label
4. For your protection we recommend that you insure your return package if you do not use our pre-paid label
If you need assistance prior to returning your item(s), please call us at 1-800-293-9333.
If you've lost your packing slip, call us at 1-800-293-9333 for assistance. We will search for your order and give you the information you need to include with your return, including your order number. Ship your return merchandise to the address above -- don't forget to include your order number with your package! We recommend insuring your return shipment, as we cannot give credit for items that we do not receive in our operations center.
If the item was a gift, and if you are returning the item after the returns period (see above), we will send you a gift certificate for the dollar amount of the item(s) you're returning (excluding delivery and service charges.)
