Payment Policy: We accept payments through PayPal, We also accept purchase orders from Public Schools. Please call our Educational Division at 800.422.1100 for a purchase order.
Shipping Policy: Shipping times and rates are only estimates and are not guaranteed. Additional shipping may be required on your order due to weight, zip code, your combination of items, or other factors. We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your shipment. However, we will do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible.
If you order more than one item Next Day Air or Second Day Air Shipping, all items in stock will be shipped immediately as requested. Any backordered items will be shipped by Ground or US Mail upon arrival. Items listed with (Free Shipping) receive free ground shipping.
Returned free shipping items, undeliverable packages, and refused items will be charged an appropriate shipping charge. If we warrantee the item directly then we will pay the shipping charges to send you the repaired or replacement item.

Return Policy:In order to ensure satisfaction with your purchase, we request the following:
1. IF DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please refuse the package or return to a FedEx shipping location within 24 hours marked "Refused due to shipping damage." You must then call us so we can file a claim with FedEx. Failure to do so will result in loss of refund or replacement by FedEx.
2. KEEP PACKAGING: Save boxes, packaging material, and paperwork, don't throw anything way. They are required items for all warrantee issues.
3. READ INSTRUCTIONS: Read the instructions carefully and completely. Many of the items we sell can be damaged the first time if used improperly. Improper use will void your warrantee.
4. START SLOWLY: Take your time to get familiar with the items, and start slowly, to prevent accidental damage.
Returns
Many of our items are covered by a manufacturer warrantee; therefore you will need to return them to the manufacturer only. The following is a list of SKU (Item Number) prefixes that we DO NOT warrantee. Please check on your packing slip or in your order confirmation email to confirm which company to call. All other products are under warrantee by HobbyTron.com.

If your product ID/SKU starts with any of the above abbreviations you will need to call them for return/warrantee information. We cannot accept returns from those manufacturers.
We accept returns on new, unopened, unused items. You must call us to receive an RMA number to authorize the return. Please note, attempting to return items you have opened for a refund is mail fraud and you may be subject to prosecution. Open items are not returnable for a refund.
Defective Items
We apologize in advance on behalf of the manufacturer for any defective items you may receive. Please understand that defects do occur occasionally, and manufacturers insist on handling defects directly to insure quality improvements. We know how frustrating this can be, and we want to help you quickly receive a working product.
A defective item is an item that arrives undamaged in shipping, but unable to function properly. The item must not have any visible damage and must clearly be from manufacturing issues. Please note, attempting to return merchandise you have damaged is mail fraud and you may be subject to prosecution.
If you receive a defective item simply call the manufacturer for help. If you are unable to locate the manufacturer contact information you may use our customer support system located here. and we will provide the manufacturer contact information. Please note that you must return all packaging, manuals, and items included in the original product box to the manufacturer, along with your packing slip and a detailed explanation of the defect within 30 days of receipt. Gift purchase returns and warrantee claims for purchases made during November and December must be received by January 20th.
PLEASE NOTE: Items returned to us without an RMA# will be refused and will incur a handling charge to have the items returned. Items returned to us with an RMA# must be received within 30 days of the RMA issuance, and will normally be exchanged or replaced appropriately within 10 business days. A returned item with damage caused by you will receive at most a 20% refund, will immediately be discarded, and you may be subject to a $30 per hour administration charge and prosecution for mail fraud. Attempting to do a credit card chargeback for returns not in compliance with our policies will incur an administration fee of $50 per chargeback. We are not responsible for shipping charges or return shipping charges on defective or returned items unless you receive the wrong item or are missing an item from your order. If we warrantee the item directly then we will pay the shipping charges to send you the repaired or replacement item.

Exchange Policy
You MUST have an RMA number to exchange any merchandise.
We want you to feel totally satisfied when you order products from HobbyTron.com. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, call us so we can resolve any concerns. You will be asked to follow these simple steps:
1. Make sure your original invoice is dated within the last 30 days. Call us at 1-800-494-1778 to receive an RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number.
2. Check all returned items to be sure they are in new condition (including all original packaging and accessories.)
3. Include a copy of the original invoice. On the back of the invoice, please write your name, e-mail address, phone number, and the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange for the return.
4. Pack the item(s) securely and mail to: HobbyTron.com, 1053 South 1675 West, Orem, UT 84058.
5. Shipping charges are not refunded. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees incurred to send the item(s) back to us.
