Shipping Policy:

Shipping Methods * Standard - $3.00 + $0.50 per item Most orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and arrive in 2-4 days, but this is not guaranteed. Orders with Standard shipping that are over $125.00 or that include shoes will usually ship via UPS Ground (at no extra charge). * UPS Ground - $8.95 + $0.50 per item (if merchandise total is $125.00 or more, the price is the same as Standard shipping) Takes 1-6 business days, depending on the shipping address. UPS Ground Map. * UPS 3 Day - $12.95 + $0.50 per item Arrives 3 business days after being shipped. Only offered during order checkout if faster than UPS Ground. * UPS 2 Day - $15.95 + $0.50 per item Arrives 2 business days after being shipped. Return Policy:

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unworn clothing and shoes or unopened videos for a refund, exchange or store credit subject to the terms below: 1. Returns received within 60 days of your order ship date are eligible for a refund. You may return unworn items for an exchange or store credit at any time. 2. Shipping/Gift Wrap: Shipping and gift wrap charges are not refundable. 3. Coupons: If you return your entire order, the coupon amount (if any) will be deducted from your refund. If you return part of your order and no longer meet the minimum purchase requirement, the coupon amount will be deducted from your refund. Percentage coupons (e.g., "10% off") will be reversed for each return. 4. Closeouts: Sales of closeout merchandise are final (no returns will be accepted) These items are clearly marked closeout on the product page, the shopping cart page, your email confirmation and on your packing slip. 5. Lingerie/Clothes: For the health and safety of our employees, no returns of worn items will be accepted. We define worn as an item left on longer than is necessary to determine if it fits. 6. Shoes: May not be returned if worn longer than necessary to see if they fit. Shoes returned with scuff marks on the heels or uppers, or showing any other evidence of wear, will not be accepted. When trying them on to see if they fit, please only walk on carpet. 7. DVDs/CDs/Tapes: May only be returned if unopened (still in the plastic wrap). 8. Please be sure to pack your return in such a way that we receive the items in the same condition in which you received them. Items damaged due to poor packaging will not be accepted.
