All pricing on our web site is kept current and up to date, but please note that pricing is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors that may occur. If there is ever an increase in price on an item, you will be contacted prior to shipment to confirm the price change.

* We ship from Las Vegas, Nevada.
* We ship via FedEx or DHL service to a physical address only, no PO Boxes.
* We only ship to the Continental United States and Canada. We no longer ship to Puerto Rico or Guam.
* Most packages ship the same day. If some/all of your items are not in stock yet, we may partial ship your order and ship the remaining items when they arrive at our expense.
* The day your package is shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you from FedEx or DHL.
* If your order requires Saturday Delivery, you must call it in to 800-811-4877 option 2.
* Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii are shipped via FedEx or DHL 2-day service.

Return Policy: Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please select the items you wish to purchase carefully. Remember to refer to our sizing information on costumes so that you can be sure to get the right size. Once you receive your package, please open it immediately, and try on your items.
Any return must be postmarked within 3 business days of receiving the package.
ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 10/16/2007 AND 10/31/2007 ARE FINAL SALE, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE GRANTED.
If you need to return an item, please fill out the back of your packing slip and send it with your package to the address on the front of the packing slip. You may print Return Address Label by clicking here. If you no longer have your packing slip, print out our Return Form, fill out all applicable areas, and send it with your package back to the address on the form. If you are unable to print, please write all the applicable information on your own sheet of paper. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
Items returned without a Return Form or postmarked after the 3 day evaluation period will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%. All exchanges will incur a $5 shipping/handling fee.
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on worn merchandise. If the packaging is torn or missing, there will be a restocking fee. The items will be sent back to you if we feel they have been worn and no credit will be issued. Shipping charges of any kind are non-refundable. There is no exception to this policy.
If you would like to exchange your item, please place a new order for the item you would like to purchase and send your return back following the instructions above. As we approach Halloween, there is not enough time to wait for your return to be received in our warehouse to generate the exchange. If you have any questions, please contact us.
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances: Intimate Apparel (if sealed package is opened), Latex Masks, Wigs (if package has been opened), Hats, Make-up, Books, and Videos.
All refunds will be issued within 48 hours of our receipt. During the months of September and October, this process may take up to 2 weeks. All monies will be refunded to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
