Shipping Policy:

Online Shipping Information Whenever possible, we ship orders via United Parcel Service (UPS). Our policy is to strive for the best possible combination of price and service for your shipment. "Next Day Air" shipments will arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after departing Golfsmith. "Second Day Air" shipments arrive in two business days after departing Golfsmith. On-time delivery for both methods is guaranteed by UPS. Shipping delays may occur during busy Holidays or in the spring -- we will do our best to accommodate last minute and expedited orders placed during these times. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of online placement. Orders must be placed by 9am (CST) Monday-Friday in order to be eligible for that day's "Next Day Air" or "2-Day Air" shipments. Orders placed on the weekends will not be shipped until Monday, so please take this into consideration when specifying expedited shipping requests. Some products are subject to shipping restrictions because of size or weight and may be delayed because of these reasons. UPS Rates PO BOX orders are not eligible for shipment with UPS. Return Policy:

Golfsmith will exchange or refund merchandise purchased through our retail stores, catalog, or website, within 30 days of product receipt, accompanied by the original sales receipt* and in new, unused condition. Warranty information is included with many manufacturer’s products, or may be found on their respective website. Any Defective product may be returned anytime while under the manufacturer’s warranty period. Please contact Golfsmith prior to returning any merchandise for warranty or defective consideration. Shortages Many orders ship in multiple cartons and may arrive days apart, so check your packing slip before calling us to report a shortage. All claims for shortages must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date. How to Return Merchandise Products may be returned to any Golfsmith Golf Center superstore. To return an item to our warehouse we encourage you to re-use your original shipping carton. Please follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip, note the reason for your return, and enclose the slip in the shipping carton. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a separate piece of paper containing your printed name and address, the order number and your Golfsmith Customer Number, and the reason for the return or exchange.
