Due to manufacturer restrictions, as well as international and domestic regulations, we are not able to ship our products to all geographical locations and address types. Return Policy:

We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 60 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise FREE, for a prompt refund or exchange; the only exception is personalized or custom made items. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS label to return the items to us. * Used items are protected by eBags against defects for 60 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box. * Your card will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after eBags has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure. * Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
