Shipping Policy:

We are happy to send your order within the United States or to APO/FPO addresses. Please note that we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories. Depending on the item(s) you purchase on Dockers Store Online and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note that some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the destination of your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Third Day, or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. * Your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order will not be processed until the following business day. This applies to all shipping methods, including Overnight delivery. * Orders with shipping destinations in Alaska or Hawaii may only be shipped via Third Day delivery and require 2-3 additional business days for delivery. * Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address or a Post Office box may only be shipped via Ground delivery (through U.S. Postal Service) and cannot be expedited. Return Policy:

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed return instructions for all returnable items. There are two return options for most items: 1. Pre-Addressed Return Shipping using our hassle free label (preferred method, available for most orders), which deducts the cost of shipping directly from your refund. 2. Standard Return Shipping Please note: items purchased from a Dockers Outlet or other retail stores selling Dockers products, cannot be returned by mail to our online store. 1. Pre-Addressed Return Shipping For convenient return processing on most orders, your packing slip will include a pre-paid, pre-addressed label for your return package, which will deduct the cost of shipping ($5.95) directly from your refund. 1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit. 2. Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip. Remove the mailing label portion and include the remainder of the slip in the return package. Please do not tear the pre-paid mailing label down the middle perforation. The entire label must be used. 3. Affix the pre-paid label to the package. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package. 4. Send your package via US Mail by giving it to your postal carrier or dropping it at a local post office or mail drop point. * No postage is required. The fixed shipping rate of $5.95 will be deducted from your refund. You will not be charged postage until the return is processed. * To receive credit, items must be returned within 60 days of purchase. * You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order. * Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser, minus the pre-paid return fee. * You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error. * You are able to track your return shipment through My Account. * Please do not reproduce the pre-paid label in any way, to ensure proper credit processing. 2. Standard Return Shipping If you would prefer to use your own shipping method: 1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
