Shipping Policy:DJPremium.com is delighted to offer our customers complimentary FedEx Ground shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous states. When checking out, please select “FedEx Ground –FedEx FREE Ground” as your shipping method.
FedEx Ground Shipping — This is a fast and affordable option for orders delivered to home or business addresses in the Continental United States. Delivery times of 5 to 6 business days depending on location.
FedEx 3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight Shipping — Fast delivery and complete trackability of your order from the time it leaves the DJPremium.com warehouse until it arrives at your front door. 3-Day shipping is not available to Alaska and Hawaii.
USPS Priority Mail — Orders delivered to a P.O. box, APO/FPO address, or U.S. territory will be shipped Priority Mail by the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery to a P.O. box within the continental U.S. will take approximately 1 week, and delivery to APO/FPO, U.S. territories , or a P.O. box outside the continental U.S. will take approximately 1-3 weeks, depending on location. If you need faster shipping, please consider delivery to an alternate location in the continental U.S.

Return Policy:It's important to us that you're completely satisfied with your DJPremium.com merchandise, so we accept returns for up to thirty (30) days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached.
To send an item back to us, please enclose the DJPremium.com invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as DJPremium.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
