Payment Policy:

DiamondSafe.com accepts the following payment methods: Credit card, Personal Check, Wire Transfer, Money Order or Certified Bank Check. All prices listed are in US dollars and all payments must be made in US dollars. Credit Cards DiamondSafe.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. In order to protect you, our customers, DiamondSafe.com has in place a number of security procedures to verify that the card is being used properly. On all orders over $5000, and on some orders where we cannot verify your information independently, we will ask you to participate in a conference call with the issuing bank. We appreciate your patience, understanding and cooperation in this process. On all international orders (including Canada and Puerto Rico) we require that you fax or e-mail proof of address along with a copy of the front and back of your credit card. Shipping charges on international orders are non-refundable. Personal Checks Money Orders Wire Transfers Certified Checks Payments made by personal check, money orders, wire transfers or certified bank checks must be in U.S. dollars. Personal checks and bank checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank. Personal checks must have the customer's name and address imprinted on the front of the check. This can take up to 2 weeks from the day we receive your payment. (By including your bank�s phone number, you can expedite this process.) If we do not receive your payment within 1 week of placing the order, your order will be cancelled. When paying by wire transfer, we must have bank confirmation that funds were received, and you are responsible for all wire transfer fees. (Please check with your bank about these fees.) Shipping Policy:

Domestic Shipments 1 All domestic orders up to $5000 will be shipped via FedEx 2nd Day at no additional charge. Orders under $250 will be shipped via FedEx Ground for a charge of $7.95. You may upgrade to overnight shipping for a $25 fee. For all orders under $250, the $25 is in addition to the standard $7.95 shipping charge. All orders over $5000 will be shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight at no additional charge. A majority of DiamondSafe.com pieces are made to order, so please allow at least 3-7 business days for assembly prior to the shipment of your package. 2 Priority deliveries are usually made in the morning hours, however, the time frame does vary by zip code. You may contact your local FedEx office for further assistance or visit http://www.fedex.com for more information. DiamondSafe.com does not under any circumstance disclose the tracking number for any shipment that has been made to either a business or a residence. If you have any inquiries regarding the whereabouts of your package please contact us at 1-800-437-8444 and a sales associate will be happy to track your order for you. 3 For your security, your order will not be delivered without a recipient signature. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address. No refunds will be given for shipments if an attempt to deliver was made. 4 If your package is a surprise and you do not want to ship it to your home address, we can always arrange to ship it to the nearest FedEx location where you can pick it up. 5 DiamondSafe.com does not authorize re-routing to an alternate address on any package. If you have your package re-routed to a different address you will be charged a re-routing fee of $20.00 and DiamondSafe.com will not be held responsible. 6 The shipping address provided in your order is the address your package will be sent. If you have provided us with an incorrect address and an address correction must be made for delivery you will be charged an address correction fee of $15.00. 7 Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged an additional $15. International Shipments 1 All Canadian and overseas shipments are sent via Federal Express priority overnight. These shipments typically take 1 or 2 days to arrive at the designated country and approximately 2 more days to clear customs. Please note that delivery times will vary by country. 2 Canadian deliveries are $75 and overseas shipments are $100 which includes insurance for the value of your purchase. 3 Your local customs agency will notify you upon the arrival of your package. Once all applicable duties are paid your package will be released and shipped to its final destination. 4 DiamondSafe.com is not responsible for any duties or VAT charged to you by your local customs agency. Please contact your local agency before placing an order since prices will vary according to country. 5 International Shipping charges are not refundable. 6 On all international orders the billing address and shipping address must be the same. APO & FPO Shipments 1 Due to recent changes in available delivery methods to APO and FPO addresses, all such packages will be sent, fully insured, via Registered Mail. Return Policy:

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from DiamondSafe.com. However, if you are not fully satisfied you may return it for a refund or exchange. (Any shipping charges are not refundable.) You must return the merchandise to us within 30 days of receipt, and submit to the following guidelines: 1 You must contact the Sales Supervisor at our toll-free number, 800-437-8444, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. 2 The Sales Supervisor will authorize your return and issue a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without this number. 3 All items must be returned with the security tag attached, unworn and undamaged in the original boxes and with all original certificates. There can be no scratches or marks on the item and no sign of wear; the product cannot have been altered in any way. Items received without the security tag attached, or that have been worn, damaged or altered will not be refundable. 4 All packages must be sent fully insured for the value of the item(s). IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST AND NOT INSURED, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL COST OF THE ITEMS. 5 Packages must be RECEIVED AT OUR OFFICE within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. 6 All packages must be sent to the following address: D-Safe.com c/o Valentine Magro 42 W 48th St. Suite 903 New York, NY 10036 7 All ORIGINAL diamond certificates and a copy of the invoice must be included with the package in order for a full refund to be issued. Any package missing the certificate(s) will be charged a $100.00 per original certificate with no exceptions. 8 DiamondSafe.com is not responsible for any packages it does not receive or returns not submitted in accordance with these guidelines. 9 Refunds will be given in the same way as payment was made. 10 Special Orders, such as custom mountings or jewelry pieces that you request but that are not specifically shown on our website are non refundable items.
