Shipping Policy:Dancing Deer ships all of our packages via UPS from our bakery in Boston, Massachusetts. We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii,
but cannot ship outside of the US.
We cannot not ship to P.O boxes, APO's or FPO's as UPS requires a numerical street address for all deliveries.
UPS delivers on Monday through Friday. We can arrange for a Saturday delivery for an additional fee - please call us
at 888.699.DEER to confirm that Saturday delivery is available for the address requested.
UPS delivers from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM. Typically they will deliver to businesses first, and then to residential addresses.
Residential addresses typically do not require a signature. HOWEVER, if there is no one there to accept the package, and the
UPS driver does not feel comfortable leaving it for ANY reason, s/he is NOT required to leave the package. UPS will leave a note
on the door following each delivery attempt. UPS will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to Dancing Deer. Please be sure to include the apartment number if you are sending to an apartment building.
Business addresses do require a signature, but not necessarily from the recipient whose name is on the box. Anyone in the building is able to sign for the package. Please be sure to include the company name and floor/suite number if you are sending
to an office building.
To track your package, simply log in to your Dancing Deer account and select, "Check on my order Status/History" and then

Return / Refund Policy
As our products are perishable, all food sales are final. Dancing Deer will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit, or to refund you the full amount of your purchase. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. Dancing Deer is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered. We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS), but this, of course, is out of our control. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Refunds will be credited to the originating credit card.
Monthly Munchies subscriptions will be refunded only for the unused portion of the subscription.
