Customer Support
Shipping Policy:Most personal orders ship within 1 to 2 days, although some orders may take 2 to 5 days. Large corporate etched wine orders may take 2-3 weeks, depending upon the order.
If you need your order expedited, we recommend two steps:
1) Upgrade your shipping option. We produce these orders first.
2) Make a special note for us in the “Comments” section of the order form. Please include your requested delivery date. We read these notes religiously for special requests and instructions. See Celebration Cellars for more information.
Return Policy:Regarding etched wines, we have probably the longest standing reputation of the finest workmanship in our industry. As with all hand crafted products, each etched wine remains unique, and there may be very slight variations from bottle to bottle. Unfortunately, monogrammed and personalized gifts may not be returned unless they are damaged. Also, we are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges, but will work with you in good faith if you feel there is an issue that requires our attention.
