Full payment by credit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as BRITISH AIRWAYS on your credit card statement. If you have added non-flight products to a flight, whilst this is processed as part of your flight transaction, the non-flight amount will be listed separately on your credit card statement. Credit cards accepted are American Express, Mastercard and Visa. If you have made your booking on the internet your "Booking Confirmation" page will display a link to your holiday vouchers and it is your responsibility to print and retain these vouchers. If you have made your booking via telephone you will receive a 'Booking Confirmation email' which will display a link to your holiday vouchers and it is your responsibility to print and retain these vouchers. Your vouchers are important documents serving both as confirmation of payment and as an exchange document. You should take these vouchers with you and exchange them for the accommodation/ products you have booked. You may be charged locally should you not present these vouchers. The price of certain services, such as theatre tickets, purchased through us may be higher than the face value of the tickets you will receive. We offer these services to give you the opportunity to book and purchase them in advance and without having to call overseas, send faxes, queue or risk unavailability at your destination and therefore we may charge you for this service.

If you wish to change any of the products you have purchased after booking (for example, transferring to a different hotel, asking for a different departure date, airport, adding extra people or transferring the booking to another person) you must contact us. We will try to meet your requests wherever possible subject to availability and to an amendment fee of $25 USD or $40 CAD per booking. All amendments are subject to availability. No amendments will be made within 3 days of departure. Please note that we will not always be able to comply with your request. BA reserves the right to cancel or change any product or service without notice at any time, though we will always inform you as quickly as we can. In the event of cancellation or change BA will offer alternative arrangements if any are available, or if alternatives are not available or are reasonably unacceptable to you, it will refund that part of any money paid which relates to the part of the product or service that has been cancelled or changed. Apart from that refund and subject to any statutory provision to the contrary, BA will not be liable for any further costs, expenses or damages.
