Return Policy:

We hope you will be happy with your purchase but should you wish to return any of your purchases please follow the instructions included in the �My Orders� section of the Site. You must use the Online Returns process when arranging a return. Provided that you return any DVDs: * Within the 7 day cancellation period, for any reason, or * Within 30 days of dispatch to you if the items are damaged, defective or faulty, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the items up to an amount of 65 pence per item in addition to the original cost of the item. This does not affect your statutory rights. All items need to be returned to our warehouse at the following address: DBP, Bradbourne Drive, Tilbrook, Milton Keynes, MK7 8BR. Please ensure that any returns sent have the online Returns Label attached to the package.
