Currently, we offer two shipping methods: Standard First-Class or Priority Mail. Standard First-Class Mail is generally delivered in approximately 4-5 days. Return Policy:

Buying DVDs Online: How do I return an item purchased online? Answer Please contact Customer Care by clicking on http://www.blockbuster.com/help/contactUs to submit an e-mail. After contacting Customer Care, you will receive a separate e-mail which will include a Return Authorization Number and Label. Enclose the merchandise in a sturdy package (preferably the original package). Print and affix the address portion of the label to the outside of the package, and enclose the remainder of the label inside. Postage is required on all return shipments. The item must be unopened, unless you are returning something that has been damaged or is defective. What is the in-store purchase return policy? Answer BLOCKBUSTER� will refund your purchase of any new merchandise (except food items) appearing in its unopened original packaging anytime, provided you have the original receipt. BLOCKBUSTER will refund the purchase price of any pre-viewed, defective of mislabeled products returned within 30 days, provided you have the original receipt. Refunds for purchases made with a charge card will be credited to the same charge card. Refunds for purchases by cash or check will be given in cash.
