Payment Policy:

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept most debit cards, as they can be used just like a credit card. To place an order using your debit card, enter all the information at Checkout exactly as it appears on your card. Under "type of credit card," enter the affiliation that appears on your debit card (most likely Visa). When you submit an order to BiggerBooks.com, we obtain credit card authorization only. We do not charge your credit card until the day we ship your order to you.

For example: if two books are ordered, one is in-stock and the other is listed as "Usually Ships in 2-3 days", the book that is in-stock will be held at our distribution center until the other book arrives 2-3 days later so they may be shipped together. Smart Shipping: Books are shipped as they are ready. For example: if three books are ordered, two are in-stock and the other is listed as "Usually Ships in 2-3 days", the two books in-stock will be shipped directly, and the one book will be shipped 2-3 days latter when we receive it from our supplier. * For orders going to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam, you must select US POSTAL SERVICE shipping option. Please be sure to provide an accurate street address, city, and state to ensure proper delivery. No UPS Select shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Note : All orders placed after 12 pm EST will not be processed until the next business day. To calculate when an item will be delivered, just add the availability time of an item to the delivery time of the shipping option you selected. We use the following equation: Availability Time + Delivery Method Ship Time = Total Delivery Time Example: A book that is available to ship in 2-4 business days (appears as Usually ships in 2-4 business days) and is sent via UPS Select/Ground service (1-5 business days) will arrive in a total of 3-9 business days. Return Policy:

Items purchased from BiggerBooks.com may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges and 10% restocking fee) up to 30 days after the date of shipment. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Shrink-wrapped items cannot be returned if the wrapping is broken unless the items are defective. We will not accept items for return with open diskette packages or CD-ROM's that have broken seals. BiggerBooks.com supplies the highest quality used books. Used books are considered to be in good condition even when they contain highlighting, margin notes, or other markings. If you are not satisfied with your book for any reason, please return it to us within 30 days after the date of shipment for a refund (excluding shipping charges and 10% restocking fee). A refund will be posted to your credit card once your return is received and processed. It normally takes 2-10 business days for financial institutions to process the transaction once we have authorized the credit. NOTE: All individual credit card orders will be assessed a 10% restocking fee for returned merchandise. If you are returning items due to our error, please contact Customer Service at service@biggerbooks.com before shipping your package to avoid being charged this restocking fee and to obtain a prepaid shipping label.
