Shipping Policy:Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed.
Some orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may be delayed in their shipping process. In other cases, some orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. In these particular instances, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.
Custom products or specialty items that are made to order may also require additional lead time for delivery depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location.

Return Policy:4 Wheel Parts gladly accepts returns on all new merchandise.
Note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please try to include all original packaging, manuals, and ancillary materials in order to avoid being penalized.
Reimbursement eligibility for returns is as follows:
* Within 30 days of invoice date: full refund, less any restocking fees
* After 30 days of invoice date: store credit only, less any restocking fees
* After 90 days of invoice date: no refunds or returns after 90 days
Refunds will be given on parts only and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.
Certain parts are not returnable, including but not limited to wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed, electrical items, and closeouts.
Customer returns for parts received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned parts less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.
For all returns, please call 877-474-4821. Provide a specific reason for your return, and request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
When packaging your parts for shipping, write the RGA number on the outside packaging in large, easily visible letters, and include a copy of the original invoice in the package.
We strongly recommend packing any parts with fragile components with sufficient padding. Note that we are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.
